The seven dimensions are:

This is a high level summary of the seven dimensions which give clues to what would be motivating for an individual to embark on certain endeavours.
Understanding the motivations allows us to present value in a way that the individual appreciates.
The Motivation Index is one of the three components of the Strengths Quotient® Framework that we utilise to identify a Unique Position of Power to play from. The Strengths Quotient® Framework was developed by the Strengths Quotient Institute
